Подготовка курсантов к выполнению аварийно-спасательных работ на пожаре является актуальной задачей, которая требует совершенствования образовательного процесса в этой области. К наиболее сложным видам аварийно-спасательных работ относятся вскрытие и разборка строительных и технологических конструкций, которые проводятся с целью обеспечения проникновения пожарных в труднодоступные места зданий и сооружений, проведения разведки, поиска и спасения людей, подачи огнетушащих средств для ликвидации горения. Целью данной статьи является разработка содержания и методики профессиональной подготовки курсантов МЧС к ведению аварийно-спасательных работ на пожаре.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для реализации качественной подготовки обучаемых к выполнению на пожаре аварийно-спасательных работ проведен обзор литературных источников, нормативной правовой базы и изучен опыт пожарно-спасательных подразделений. Разработка траектории обучения и содержания учебно-методических материалов выполнена на базе основных положений модульного и игрового обучения, требований компетентностного и контекстного подходов, способствующих формированию учебной мотивации курсантов. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. На базе комплекса педагогических теорий, исследований авторов, нормативных документов и опыта практической работы разработан учебный курс и методика подготовки курсантов к выполнению аварийно-спасательных работ по вскрытию и разборке строительных и технологических конструкций на пожаре. Учебный курс включает теоретическую и практическую подготовку в объеме, достаточном для формирования у обучаемых прочных знаний, практических умений и навыков в данной профессиональной области. Для актуализации и поддержания на достаточном уровне сформированных в результате освоения учебного курса компетенций предложено использовать апробированную и применяемую многоуровневую модульную систему практической подготовки. Для повышения качества подготовки обучаемых и объективной оценки сформированных знаний, практических умений и навыков предложено использовать экспертную анкету и привлечение практических сотрудников пожарно-спасательных подразделений.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. Предложенный в работе подход к специализированной подготовке обучаемых на базе изучения отдельных курсов, встроенных в реализуемый учебный процесс, позволит повысить готовность выпускников к профессиональной деятельности для выполнения основных боевых задач по спасению людей и снижения материального ущерба на пожарах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Training cadets to perform emergency rescue operations in a fire is an urgent task that requires improving the educational process in this area. The most difficult types of rescue operations are opening and disassembling the building and technological structures, which are held to ensure the penetration of fire in hard to reach areas of buildings, reconnaissance, search and rescue, the extinguishing means to eliminate burning.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. To implement high-quality training of trainees to perform emergency rescue operations in a fire, a review of literature sources, the regulatory framework and the experience of fire and rescue units was conducted. The development of the training trajectory and content of teaching materials is based on the main provisions of modular and game training, the requirements of competence and contextual approaches that contribute to the formation of educational motivation of cadets.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on a set of pedagogical theories, research by the authors, regulatory documents and practical experience, a training course and methodology for training cadets to perform emergency rescue operations for opening and disassembling construction and technological structures in a fire have been developed. The training course includes theoretical and practical training to the extent sufficient for the formation of students ' solid knowledge, practical skills in this professional field. To update and maintain the competencies formed as a result of mastering the training course at a sufficient level, it is proposed to use a proven and applied multi-level modular system of practical training. To improve the quality of training of trainees and an objective assessment of the formed knowledge, practical skills and abilities, it is proposed to use an expert questionnaire and involve practical employees of fire and rescue units.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions.
