Взаимодействие организаций профессионального и высшего образования с действующими на территории города предприятиями реального сектора экономики приобретает особое значение в условиях территорий опережающего развития (ТОР).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Рассматриваются отечественные и зарубежные материалы исследований, направленных на проблемы организации и реализации взаимодействия государства, образовательных организаций профессионального и высшего образования и предприятий реального сектора экономики в подготовке профессиональных кадров; проводится анализ социально-экономических условий развития взаимодействия на территориях опережающего развития. Основной упор сделан на предприятия-резиденты территорий опережающего развития. В работе применяются методы анализа научной литературы, анкетирования, анализа, обобщения и систематизации данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Авторы определили и описали основных участников взаимодействия, а также критерии, позволяющие определить результаты сотрудничества учебных заведений и промышленных предприятий, уровень эффективности подготовки квалифицированных кадров для ТОР.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. В качестве перспективы исследования авторы видят разработку средств и методов диагностики эффективности данного взаимодействия, а также выработку условий, обеспечивающих успешность взаимодействия образовательных организаций со средними и малыми производственными предприятиями, являющимися резидентами ТОР. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве структурных данных для онтологической модели цифровой системы поддержки мониторинга качества и прогнозирования опережающей подготовки кадров моногородов-ТОР.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Collaboration between professional and higher education institutions and industrial enterprises, located within the city, is of high priority in the territories of advanced development (TAD).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The paper presents the analysis of Russian and foreign research works aimed at studying the important issues of collaboration between state, professional and higher education institutions and industrial enterprises in educating specialists for industrial enterprises. The main focus is made on enterprises which are the residents of the territories of advanced development and the socio-economic conditions of establishing collaboration. The authors applied scholarly literature study methods, as well as questionnaire, analysis, and generalization and systematization of obtained data approach.  </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The authors have identified and described the main stakeholders of the collaboration, and derived criteria to evaluate the outcomes of education institutions and industrial enterprises collaboration and the efficiency level in training qualified personnel for TAD.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusions. Future investigation in regard of finding methods and techniques to assess education institutions and industrial enterprises collaboration efficiency is required. Authors also aim at finding efficient collaboration factors which are more relevant to the conditions of territories of advanced development and focus specifically on medium and small-sized enterprises and education institutions of those territories.
