В статье рассматриваются потенциальные возможности педагогических вузов в решении проблемы профориентационной работы в стране. Описывается современное состояние профориентации, оцениваются причины её низкой эффективности, раскрывается роль начального этапа школьного обучения как базового для формирования надпрофессиональных навыков.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Базой исследования стали публикации, монографии, диссертации отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области организации профориентационной работы, проведен сравнительный анализ данных социологических опросов, использовались методы анализа, синтеза и моделирования социально-педагогического пространства. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Установлено, что неэффективная организация профориентационной работы приводит к ошибкам в выборе профессии. Это является неблагоприятным фактором не только личностного роста, но и наносит ущерб экономике страны, что диктует необходимость развития нового направления деятельности в условиях педагогических вузов, которые, имея необходимый кадровый и производственный потенциал, могут стать региональными центрами профориентации, осуществляя методическое руководство и координационную деятельность, сопровождая и поддерживая профориентационную работу школ, реализуя программы комплексной профориентационной диагностики, а также программы подготовки специалистов профориентационного консультирования (советников по профориентации). Эти специалисты, осуществляя квалифицированную системную деятельность в различных образовательных учреждениях, смогут работать по информационному, учебно-воспитательному, диагностическому, консультационному, посредническому и др. направлениям. Авторы доказывают необходимость системно-деятельностного подхода к профориентационной работе, элементы которой должны быть взаимосвязаны и возглавляемы.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. В статье предложена новая модель организации профориентационной работы, доказана необходимость применения системно-деятельностного подхода, базирующегося на преемственности всех ступеней образования. Основные положения статьи могут стать основой актуальных, педагогически обоснованных профориентационных проектов, учитывающих и социально-экономические интересы государства, и потребности субъектов профориентационного выбора.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>RETRACTED</title><p>RETRACTED</p></sec><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article discusses the potential of pedagogical universities in solving the problem of career guidance in the country. The current state of career guidance is described, the reasons for its low efficiency, as well as the role of the initial stage of schooling, as the basis for the formation of professional skills are assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The research was based on publications, monographs, dissertations of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of career guidance, a comparative analysis of the data of sociological surveys was carried out, methods of analysis, synthesis and modeling of the socio-pedagogical space were used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It is established that the ineffective organization of career guidance leads to errors in choosing a profession, which is an unfavorable factor not only for personal growth, but also harms the country's economy. This dictates the need to develop a new direction of activity in the conditions of pedagogical universities, which, having the necessary personnel and production potential, can become regional career guidance centers, providing methodological guidance and coordination activities, accompanying and supporting career guidance work of schools, implementing comprehensive career guidance diagnostics programs, as well as training programs career counseling specialists (career counseling advisors). These specialists, carrying out qualified systemic activities in various educational institutions, will be able to work in the information, educational, diagnostic, consultative, intermediary and other areas. The authors prove the need for a system-activity approach to career guidance, the elements of which should be interconnected and led.</p><p>Discussion and Conclusion. The article proposes a new model for organizing career guidance work, proves the need for a system-activity approach, based on the continuity of all levels of education.
