Введение. Конкурентоспособность специалиста определяется востребованностью выпускника высшего учебного заведения на рынке труда. В статье обсуждается проблема конкурентоспособности личности в трудах современных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей. Рассматривается общий вектор направленности образовательной системы в разные периоды развития российского общества, обосновывается необходимость гармонизации целей, способствующих формированию конкурентоспособной личности. Отмечена важная роль образовательной среды в формировании социально-психологических свойств, связанных с конкурентоспособностью. Отмечается, что в психологической литературе на сегодняшний день недостаточно исследований по проблеме конкурентоспособности личности, не изучены факторы (внешние и внутренние), влияющие на развитие конкурентоспособности будущего специалиста. В этой связи актуализируется потребность в научном исследовании влияния конкурентной/неконкурентной образовательной среды на профессиональное становление будущего специалиста.
Материалы и методы. Статья носит характер аналитического обзора, где осуществлена попытка систематизации научного психологического знания по проблеме конкурентоспособности будущего специалиста. Основным методом изучения конкурентоспособности личности в условиях образовательно-профессионального пространства вуза является метод теоретического анализа научных психологических зарубежных и отечественных работ. Методологическим основанием для изучения и формирования конкурентоспособности выпускников является компетентностный подход.
Результаты исследования. Рассмотрены различные определения конкурентоспособности специалиста, представлено наиболее обобщенное определение. Проведенный теоретический анализ показал, что конкурентоспособность рассматривается как качество личности; как совокупность ключевых компетенций; как совокупность личностных, профессиональных и полипрофессиональных компонентов. Перечислены психологические свойства, роль которых в формировании конкурентоспособности является наиболее существенной, подчеркивается важность регулятивных и мотивационных характеристик в структуре конкурентоспособности личности студентов. Представлен анализ зарубежных исследований по вопросам влияния конкурентной/неконкурентной среды на уровень стресса и тревожность студентов; на выраженность приобретенных профессиональных навыков. Рассмотрен диагностический инструментарий, позволяющий измерить конкурентную личность, оценить ситуационные или поведенческие аспекты конкурентоспособности.
Обсуждение и заключения. Обосновывается вывод о необходимости дальнейшего теоретического анализа и обобщения имеющихся научных исследований по данной проблеме. На основании результатов немногочисленных психологических исследований отечественных и зарубежных авторов доказывается необходимость дальнейшего изучения влияния конкурентной среды на профессиональное становление студента – будущего профессионала. При этом подчеркивается необходимость дальнейшей работы по моделированию образовательной среды с элементами включения конкурентного компонента, а также важность изучения мотивационно-волевых характеристик, выступающих в качестве личностных детерминант развития конкурентоспособности будущего профессионала.
Introduction. Competitiveness of a specialist is determined by the demand for a graduate of a higher educational institution in the labor market. The article discusses the problem of competitiveness of personality in the works of modern domestic and foreign researchers. The General vector of orientation of the educational system in different periods of development of the Russian society is considered, the necessity of harmonization of the purposes promoting formation of the competitive personality is proved. The important role of the educational environment in the formation of socio-psychological properties associated with competitiveness is noted. It is noted that currently the psychological literature does not provide enough research on the problem of competitiveness of the individual, the factors (external and internal) that affect the development of the competitiveness of the future specialist have not been studied.. In this regard, the need for scientific research of the influence of competitive/non-competitive educational environment on the professional development of the future specialist is actualized.
Materials and methods. The article is to be regarded as an analytical review, where an attempt is made to systematize scientific psychological knowledge on the problem of competitiveness of the future specialist. The main method of studying the competitiveness of the individual in terms of educational and professional space of the University is the method of theoretical analysis of scientific psychological foreign and domestic works. The methodological basis for studying and forming the competitiveness of graduates is the competence approach.
Results. Various definitions of the competitiveness of a specialist are considered, the most generalized definition is presented. The theoretical analysis showed that competitiveness is considered to be a quality of personality; as a set of key competencies; as a set of personal, professional and polyprofessional components. The psychological properties are listed, the role of which in the formation of competitiveness is the most significant, the importance of regulatory and motivational characteristics in the structure of the competitiveness of the personality of students is emphasized.The analysis of foreign studies on the influence of competitive/non-competitive environment on the level of stress and anxiety of students; on the severity of acquired professional skills. The diagnostic tools allowing to measure the competitive personality, to estimate situational or behavioral aspects of competitiveness are considered.
Discussion and Conclusions. The conclusion about the need for further theoretical analysis and generalization of existing scientific research on this problem is substantiated. the need for further study of the influence of the competitive environment on the professional development of the student of the future professional is proved on the basis of the results of a few psychological studies of domestic and foreign authors. It emphasizes the need for further work on modeling the educational environment with elements of the inclusion of a competitive component, as well as the importance of studying the motivational and volitional characteristics that act as personal determinants of the development of competitiveness of the future professional.
