Важным вопросом современного образования является разработка, апробация и дальнейшее внедрение системы мониторинга качества образовательных услуг в вузах. Особенностью современного образования является ориентация на удовлетворение образовательных потребностей человека. Включение в систему мониторинга такого показателя, как удовлетворённость участников образовательного процесса его различными сторонами, характеризует личностно ориентированную направленность деятельности образовательного учреждения. Обработанные результаты проводимого мониторинга могут послужить основной рекомендацией для модернизации образовательной программы вуза и/или условий ее реализации.</p><p>Объект исследования – степень освоения компетенций и уровень удовлетворенности участников образовательного процесса. Предмет исследования – разработка системы контроля знаний, умений и навыков по профильным дисциплинам у студентов, продолжающих обучение по ФГОС 3+; исследования степени удовлетворённости преподавателей и студентов современного вуза в условиях перехода на ФГОС ВО 3++. Научная новизна результатов проведенного анкетирования по определению степени удовлетворённости преподавателей и студентов Мининского университета могут быть использованы специалистами отдела кадров и служб качества вузов. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы, педагогический эксперимент, тестирование и анкетирование субъектов образовательного процесса.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Практическая значимость работы заключается в изложениии материалов о результатах разработки и применения заданий, позволяющих определить уровень сформированности компетенции по профильным предметам у студентов, а также представлении материалов о проведении анкетирования преподавателей и студентов с целью установления уровня удовлетворенности условиями организации образовательного процесса и качеством предоставления образовательных услуг.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение и заключения</title><p>Обсуждение и заключения. В результате проведённого тестирования по профильным предметам у студентов установлено, что уровень их знаний, умений, навыков соответствует по классической пятибалльной шкале оценке «хорошо».
